Forensic Services

港澳台图库鈥檚 Forensic Services are needed when distress, deterioration, failure, loss of function, or reduced performance occurs in architectural or engineered building assemblies, components, or equipment. Our in-house resources include professional engineers, registered architects and certified technical staff experienced in forensics. The integration of similar resources from other 港澳台图库 Departments allows us to solve complex problems for owners, investors, lenders, property managers, architectural and engineering consultants and contractors.

港澳台图库鈥檚 Forensic Services聽ultimately may be used for assessments, remediation, repair, claims adjustments or litigation. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Property Condition & Maintenance Assessments:聽Higher Education, Commercial, Secondary Education, Apartment/Condominium Complexes, Parking Facilities 鈥 surface and structured, Historic Buildings, Warehouses
  • Destructive & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):聽Slab Moisture Testing, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Floor Friction Testing, UPV Testing, Relative Elevation Surveys, Building Assembly Moisture Testing, Thermography
  • Specialty Services:聽Fire/Smoke/Water/Windstorm Damage Assessments, ADA Assessments, Building Code Evaluations, Life Safety Reviews, Structural Load Testing, Building Air Leakage Testing
