Transportation Design Quality Assurance

港澳台图库 provides full-service quality assurance (QA) on major Design-Build and P3 transportation projects. Under these delivery models, the Developer is responsible for the project鈥檚 design, including the independent review that ensures the design meets contract requirements. As plan packages are developed, they are reviewed by independent QA and the DOT/Owner. 港澳台图库 has provided this review on multiple major projects totaling more than $12 billion in construction value.

港澳台图库鈥檚 ELVIS (Engineering and Laboratory Vital Information System) is a proprietary, web-based system that accepts design packages and makes them available to various reviewers, who then are able to add comments as to whether the design meets contract requirements or not. Once review of a package is complete, it is forwarded to the designer for response. Accepted responses are then incorporated into the package that is to be released for construction (RFC). The system provides a detailed log for each package so that it can be easily verified that all comments have been resolved.
